MineHive is Makor’s initiative to formalise, uplift, and integrate artisanal and small-scale miners into a transparent, responsible, and economically viable copper ecosystem. Through structured training, safety protocols, governance frameworks, and market access, MineHive transforms informal mining into a secure, traceable, and dignity-led pathway. The program enhances community livelihoods, strengthens regional legitimacy, and creates a more accountable copper supply chain for Zambia and the world.
